To create its rainbow effect, the stone goes through a special treatment where a super thin layer of titanium is bonded to the underside in a vacuum process. This is what gives mystic topaz those incredible flashes of purple, green, pink, and blue — like a little rainbow trapped inside the stone.

Because the stone itself is still natural topaz, you get the best of both worlds: the durability and uplifting energy of topaz, with this magical, iridescent twist.
